1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

  • Products are eligible for return or exchange only if:

    • The product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

    • All original tags, labels, and packaging are intact.

    • The product must be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery (for national orders) and 14 days for international orders.

  • Important:
    🛡️ If a product comes with a seal, tag, or any protective sticker, and the seal is broken or tampered with, the product will not be eligible for return, refund, or exchange under any circumstances.


2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Products that have been worn, washed, damaged, or altered after delivery.

  • Customized products or made-to-order apparel.

  • Clearance/Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

  • Products without original tags, labels, packaging, or with a broken seal.


3. Return Process (National Orders) 🇮🇳

  1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at [email protected] with your order ID and issue details.

  2. Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide you with return instructions.

  3. Ship the product securely in its original packaging.

  4. Once the returned product passes our quality check, the refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days.


4. Return Process (International Orders) 🌍

  1. Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at [email protected] with order details and photographs if needed.

  2. Return shipping must be arranged and paid by the customer.

  3. Products must be shipped back safely and securely.

  4. Once received and inspected, the refund (excluding original shipping charges and customs duties) will be processed within 14-20 business days.

Note:
We are not responsible for any items lost in transit during the return shipping process. Always use a trackable shipping service.


5. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be credited back to your original method of payment.

  • Shipping charges, customs duties, or taxes (for international orders) are non-refundable.

  • In case of COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, refunds will be provided via bank transfer after customer confirmation.


6. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed only for a different size or if the product received is defective/damaged.

  • Exchange requests are subject to stock availability.

  • The exchange process timeline is the same as the return process.


7. Damaged or Defective Products

  • If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery).

  • Kindly share clear images of the product highlighting the issue.

  • After verification, we will offer you a free replacement or full refund (only if replacement stock is not available).


8. Important Guidelines

  • Returned products must be in re-sellable condition.

  • Always keep the original invoice/bill for return claims.

  • Do not send back any product without informing us; unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

  • If the returned product does not pass the quality check, it will be sent back to the customer, and no refund will be issued.
